Zulay Henao is a Colombian-American actress who is best known for her performance as Esperanza In her role in the Oprah Winfrey Network drama 'If Loving You Isn't Right'. Zulay Henao has appeared in numerous films including Illegal Tender, Takers,"Boy Wonder" and "True Memoirs of an International Assassin. In the year 2004, she and her family relocated to the USA to escape Medellin Antioquia in Colombia. In high school, she was a part of the U.S. Army for three years, and then was a student at Methodist College while stationed at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Later, she studied acting at the New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts and did a number of odd jobs before kicking off her career as an actress.
